How to cancel your subscription
If you've decided it's time to cancel your subscription, we're sad to see you go -- but we're happy to help make this an easy experience for you.
Here's how you can quickly cancel your VidAngel subscription:
- Log in to your VidAngel account using a computer's web browser, click Profile or your name, then click Settings/Subscription, or go to https://www.vidangel.com/account - you can only cancel on our website if you subscribed on our website. If you subscribed on your Roku, you will need to follow these directions.
- Scroll down until you see the "Cancel" button
- Once you see the button, click it and leave some feedback on why you are canceling. Once you leave your feedback, click "yes, continue".
4. After canceling, you will still have access to your subscription content until the end of your billing cycle.The last day of your billing period will be shown after you cancel.
If nothing appears under "Monthly Subscription", then there is no subscription associated with your account. Double check that you are logged in with the correct email address. You may have a second account with us.
If a red bar appears at the top of our homepage, this means that your your billing information is outdated. If you do not update your billing information, your account will be canceled.
