The first thing to watch out for, if you're a returning customer, is that you aren't trying to log in from the wrong spot. Make sure that you aren't entering your login information in the fields meant for new customers.
For returning customers who used the previous VidAngel System, you'll be able to regain access to your account, by clicking the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.
After clicking the Sign In button, you'll be directed to sign in to your account. If your login credentials no longer work, click the "forgot your password?" link.

After signing up or signing in, you'll need to subscribe (even if you were a user of our previous service). When you access your account, you will see the option to subscribe right in the middle of the page. Click the pink FREE TRIAL button and let the fun begin!
If you log in on any of the apps before subscribing, you will see a notice that you need to subscribe first. Unfortunately, some app store rules prevent us from being more specific. Once you log in and subscribe, your app should refresh (if this doesn't happen within a couple minutes, kill the app and open it again).
Accessing Account Information
If you'd like to see if your old credits are still on your account, or look at other account information before you subscribe, you can do so by clicking the Menu button in the top right corner of the screen.
Changing your email and/or password.
Sometimes the best thing to do is to change your email or password. Here is a short video on how to do so.
