The first thing to watch out for, if you're a returning customer, is that you aren't trying to log in from the wrong spot. Make sure that you aren't entering your login information in the fields meant for new customers.
For returning customers who used the previous VidAngel System, you'll be able to regain access to your account, by clicking the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.
After clicking the Sign In button, you'll be directed to sign in to your account. If your login credentials no longer work, click the "forgot your password?" link.

Still need a subscription? Having an account is not the same as having a subscription to our filtering service. You want to be sure you have an active subscription.
After signing up or signing in, you'll need to subscribe (even if you were a user of our previous service). When you access your account, you will see the option to subscribe right in the middle of the page. Click the button to subscribe and let the fun begin!
If you log in on the app before subscribing, you will see a notice that you need to subscribe first. Once you log in and subscribe, your app should refresh (if this doesn't happen within a couple of minutes, kill the app and open it again).
Accessing Account Information
If you'd like to see if your old credits are still on your account, or look at other account information before you subscribe, you can do so by clicking the Menu button in the top right corner of the screen.
Changing your password.
