The first thing to watch out for, if you're a returning customer, is that you aren't trying to log in from the wrong spot. Make sure that you aren't entering your login information in the fields meant for new customers.
For returning customers who used the previous VidAngel System, you'll be able to regain access to your account, by clicking the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.
After clicking the Sign In button, you'll be directed to sign in to your account. Please enter your original VidAngel account email address. If your login credentials no longer work, click the "forgot your password?" link.
If you have any trouble re-setting your password or have forgotten your VidAngel account email, you may contact us here.
Changing your email and/or password.
Sometimes the best thing to do is to change your email or password. Here is a short video on how to do so.
If you are currently using NetNanny or another third-party add-on, you may have trouble logging into the VidAngel website. The website will appear to work properly, but it will ultimately block your login credentials.
To solve this problem, please go to your program and whitelist VidAngel or disable your program for our site.
Add this item to your whitelist:
*.vidangel.com OR *.vidangel.com/login
(The asterisk is an essential part of the line item. Please copy the whole line into your program.)
If you are using NetNanny, follow these directions to change your settings:
- From the NetNanny website, select My Account
- In the Drop Down, select Manage NetNanny Settings
- Enter your login credentials
- Select Users
- Select the User Login you want to change
- Select Allow/Block
- Add the above line items one at a time to the Always Allow field.
- Now select the User Settings tab and SAVE changes.
