We're excited for you to use VidAngel during this crazy time! Thanks for choosing VidAngel to get you through! Here are the details:
Brand New Customers: Go to www.vidangel.com and click on Get VidAngel Free! Follow the steps to set up an email and password. You do NOT need to enter in a credit card number. After you agree to social distancing, you're in! You will not see credits on your account. You will just have free access until March 30th - pure and simple. If you enjoy your experience, you can subscribe under your Profile in Settings and Subscriptions.
Existing customers with NO subscription:* Sign in with the same email and password you used previously. Click on your Profile (name) in the upper right corner. In the drop down, choose Settings and Subscriptions. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on the button that says "Agree to Social Distancing". You will be given free access until March 30th.
*This will also apply to anyone who has set up an account for The Chosen.
Current customers with a subscription: Make sure you're signed into the account with an active subscription. Click on your Profile (name) in the upper right corner. In the drop down, choose Settings and Subscriptions. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on the button that says "Agree to Social Distancing". You will be given free credits that equal the amount of time you click the button up to March 30th. The credits will apply to your next charge.
Q: Do I need to add a credit card?
You do NOT need one. Some customers have said that they are being asked for a credit card. If you are, then you're probably clicking on Subscribe, instead of the Agree to Social Distancing button.
Q: I can't see the "Agree to Social Distancing" button!
Click on your profile(name) in the upper right corner. Choose Settings and Subscription in the drop down menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. That button should be right on top of the Subscribe Now button. Click it and you're set! If you can't see that button, we suggest you clear your cache and use Google Chrome as your browser.
Q: I was charged when I tried to access the free VidAngel! Can I get a refund?
